Our ever-changing leadership includes unique structures of governance.  

These structures are centers of power such as Divisions, Bureaus, Departments and Administrations which are governed by appointed or elected officials.  Each structure functions under a political context such as Red/Blue  (Republican/ Democrat) and some states which who are purple with closely contested elections which split control among senate and assemblies. Organizations such as NAEYC, Child Care Aware and New America develop resources to help refine and give clarity and depth of each states systems of learning.
